I am totally in love here!
As i was cruising the Internet the other
day i stumbled across something that
knocked my socks off!
I have no idea whose house this belongs to
or the blog ... i googled it like crazy trying to find
the owner but came up zero.
So if you know who it is let me know...
I hope they don't mind me sharing their photos!
I just could not resist!
I love love love this home!
Enjoy...
Like i said at the beginning... I am in love!!
I hope you all had a Blessed Easter... I had to work through the whole weekend ! I can't believe we were
open Easter Sunday and Good Friday. I have never worked these holidays in my life and yes i worked retail
for years but back home we acknowledge holidays and Close for them!!!! I don't get it here at all. And
a big boo to the liquor stores here for staying open Christmas Day! Terrible terrible. Back home you would
all be fined hugely for that one. I am still shaking my head over this.
Okay enough of my venting....
Thanks for visiting
Pamela xo
What a lovely home, Pamela...it really is restful and well done!
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela,
ReplyDeleteI know, I've seen this home, it is simply gorgeous!!~
I love the bedroom!!
Hope you have a lovely week.
Sincerely,
Melinda
I don't shop on the important days...I try to send a message!
ReplyDeleteBut the message I want to send you is WOW THANKS for sharing these pictures!...
So serene, peaceful, calm...all those important words & feelings!
Thanks!
Love the white furniture against the dark floors and the French touches. Gorgeous! x Sharon
ReplyDeletePamela, I love it, too. I tried to find it, too and came up with lots of other blogs, but not one matching this.
ReplyDeleteIt really is a beautiful home Pamela!
ReplyDeleteIt's very sad that all the stores stay open during the holidays isn't it? It's like that here too. Except for Christmas day. Nothing is open on Christmas day ~ yet. I am sure one day that will change. You never see the 'big bosses' that make these decisions to stay open working on the holidays do you? Nope. They are at home enjoying family time.
Well, it's all so frustrating. Truly our only option is to win the lottery. ;)
xo Catherine
I agree...this house is so lovely and serene! I hope you find out whose house it is. You have been working long hours lately...so nice to hear from you!

It's a beautiful home! I saw it on another blog but I can't remember it and I don't remember if they gave credit to anyone. I love all the white furniture and the elegant but relaxed style!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
XO,
Jane
This is a really beautiful home. I love the calmness and serenety of the white on white. I agree about the stores staying open on certain holidays! Here in NB they were actually closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday! I hope that doesn't change. Have a great week! Blessings, Pamela
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty! It reminds me of Joan's home (for love of a house blog), but I know it's not hers. So simple, fresh and lovely though!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness... it IS beautiful, no wonder you're in love. So calming and uncluttered. Whenever i see a house like this with such clean simple lines, and lack of clutter, i start looking around my house thinking, what should i get rid of to capture that look!

Oh, that chippy blue cabinet is gorgeous! I love how they mix mainly white with shots of color and wood tones. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhen I used to work in the hotel industry I would always volunteer to work on Easter so that when Christmas came around I could always pull that out of my pocket and say "well, I worked Easter!". There was no way in heck I would ever in a million years work on Christmas. Easter I didn't like, but I could live with.
Pamela-That house is just gorgeous...it is soothing and lovely. I am so sorry you had to work the Holidays. Since I left the hospital this is the first time in many years that I haven't had to work just about every Holiday- Blessings to you-xo Diana
ReplyDeleteIt is sad that BC won't put together laws that prevent liquor stores from being open on a holiday, like someone is going to run out and die if they don't get more?!:( They must consider them to be a "essential service".
ReplyDeleteOur Safeway's were all closed Friday and Sat, as was Superstore and everything else except for 7-11 and Max.
That is one gorgeous house!!! I LOVE it, I can easily see why you would fall in love with it. Totally adorable!
I hope you are having a beautiful day today!
Hugs, Cindy

Hi Pamela! I just love the simplicity of this sweet home! It looks clean, neat, and yet very homey and welcoming! I had to pin these pics, of course! :)

Calm? LOL I want that house now! Im feeling anything but calm but I am LOVING the decor! :)
ReplyDeleteHugs,
I love everything about this house Pamela!
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm used to the liquor store thing...they're open 24/7 in Las Vegas...reason number 99 I can't wait to get out of here! Hope you are well and getting some time off....I'm working today and tomorrow too!
Pamela, just realized that I've actually met the owner of the home - a very nice lady associated with a fabulous NH antiques shop which has apparently now moved to NY! We often visit NH because my husband is from there, and a stop at that particular shop where I could buy European linens and gloat over the wonderful furniture and items I couldn't fit in my suitcase, was always on my To Do list. Nancy obviously purchased a lot of her beautiful items from the shop.
ReplyDeleteBTW, the walls of the study are actually the darkest navy, not black/charcoal, and must look absolutely lovely with all the white.
