Vintage Christmas

It is hard to believe but one week today is Christmas!

I wanted to share with all of you my
this years Christmas card.... Don't you just love the old vintage Christmas photos?
What i most love about this card is inside it says.... MERRY CHRISTMAS...NOT Happy Holidays
or Seasons Greetings!

Every year i make sure it says Merry Christmas...i like to keep the Christ in Christmas.
I refuse to be politically correct. So in passing you will only here
me exclaim " MERRY CHRISTMAS" not Happy Holidays!
My vintage Christmas music wind up box that plays Silent Night. My favourite
Christmas carol...

Thanks for taking the time to visit me at this very busy time of year!

  1. Your Christmas card is lovely. I agree - love the vintage photos.

I adore your new banner - those shoes you wore when you were a child are simply amazing. I admire them every time I come on your blog.

  2. I so agree with you! I am proud to be a Christian and refuse to be politically correct too. The card you chose for this year is beautiful and your music box is too. It must be so wonderful to gaze at that beautiful display while listening to Silent Night! Hugs for you and Sam.

  7. Hi Pamela,
I completely agree with you. We're all so afraid these days to tell people Merry Christmas for fear of offending someone. I think this is absolutely ridiculous! This whole season is about Christ, not about how many gifts you can get and receive!
    Merry Christmas my friend!
    Sincerely,
    Melinda

  12. Hi Pamela, I so agree with you.... I have no desire to be politically correct either!!! I was so turned off by all the stores that would say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas, that I don't even want to shop with them! So with that said... MERRY CHRISTMAS~~~ Daphne

PS Love your pictures their so pretty!

  13. Hello and Merry Christmas to you Pamela! I refuse to be "politically correct" and will always say Merry Christmas! I love all your Christmas decorations! It was so sweet of your son to make your bed for you! Don't you just love when they do special stuff like that? I have been sick for the past several days and my son has been so kind and helpful that I felt spoiled!

I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!
