As i have mentioned in previous posts all my linens and old bedspreads are
from my Italian grandmother...
Today i had to drop off some donations to the local thrift store. While i was there
i thought i would have a look around. I came upon these beautiful old spools of thread.
I love the colours...
Now i will have to go back next week to see what treasures are lurking!

Oh-your linens are lovely. I collected spools of thread for a long time..all wooden ones. My daughter now has them in a big bell jar on her mantle. She loves them and they are all soft colors. Have fun in yur search! xxoo Diana

ReplyDeleteI love the treasures that can be found in the Thrift Stores! But that's the problem isn't it? You go there to get rid of some of your stuff, but sometimes you return with more! Ha!
