Continued house tour

Hello everyone!
Here is the final  tour of
this lovely home.
I am so glad to hear you all
have enjoyed it so far.

This is the back of the home which
sits on .50 of an acre.
It also has views of the mountain and
glimpses of the ocean...not bad i would say!

I love this foyer! I love the staircase painted entirely white!
I love the window beside the front door too.

This is the powder room.
Don't you just love the beadboard?

This is the mud room.
I love that Chinese piece in the centre.
Check out the hooks on the wall...

One of the four bedrooms.
I have to say i am not crazy about the picture
or furniture...too contemporary for me.
Kinda 80's and i hated the 80's...

This is another bedroom and i love
the furniture here.

So do you want to know the asking price of this home?
A mere $599,000!
I just read an article on the most expensive places to live in
Canada and Vancouver Island came up fourth....they said Victoria
which is 30minutes from here.
In reality we are lumped in with them for Real estate prices
since so many people live here and commute to Victoria to work.
So i think this home is going to stay in my dreams!

Thanks for coming over!

  2. What a sweet house. I absolutely LOVE it but what a narrow little powder room...it must spread out and we can't see that part. I hope you are having a wonderful week. xo Diana

  5. Beautiful Pamela! I have to say, I couldn't get past the shape of the bedrooms with the ceiling and windows...I was drooling just dreaming of a room like that for my new art room.

  6. Makes me want to move back home! We had the option of moving to Victoria last year, but the real estate prices were crazy! We would have had to downsize tremendously, or spent waaaaay more money! We do love it though. I hope you had a fun day there the other day!

  9. I agree with you on that one bedroom - what's with the zebra rug and red rose print? And the bed reminds me of a waterbed (not that I ever slept on one or anything). But I'll take the other 95% of the house, if I can just find my checkbook.

  10. Hi Pamela,
That is a great house, I love the colors and some of the furniture that they used, but, NOT for $599,000.00. No.
I do love the white and navy foyer, the stark difference in the color is so pretty, as well as the door and the window, very nice.
I, too, have enjoyed the house tour, so sorry to hear that it will have to stay in your dreams, though.
    Hugs, Cindy
