Decisions...decisions...

Our living room has a big empty hole right in the middle of the ceiling. Luckily there are wires hanging down just waiting for the perfect fixture. I just know what my husband is thinking....a ceiling fan! Yuck that is the last thing i want there. You all know what it is i want...and i know you will all agree with me... a gorgerous chandelier!! Then perfect jewel for the center of the room...something that makes a statement. I want this room to have a romantic feel. I have been looking around and then i decided to look at Overstocks website. Here are some photos of a few chandeliers i really like.


This chandelier i think suits a foyer more. I really like it.



Every where i go i am seeing alot of this type of chandelier with the shade. I would like this one more in my dining room. I will have to change those orange walls first though!

Overstock has so many beautiful chandeliers to choose from. Here is their link so you can browse around to see what they have..overstock.com/home-lighting. I leaning more towards the first one. What do you think? Which one calls to you? I will have to ponder these for awhile... until then wishing you all a wonderful weekend

    Hi Pamela,
    I love the second and third one. There are so many choices to make in chandeliers, I know it's hard to find one just right. Look around at flea markets too, you might be able to still find one for a good price. Good luck and have a great day.

    I have to agree with you, chandelier. We have a fan, and no airconditioning, but that fan is coming down when I find the perfect chandelier for sure. I like the iron and crystals the best.

    I do not remember where I first saw the flower pens, but I said to myself "I can do that!" and I have been making them ever since. It is funny to see my husband use them. Have a wonderful weekend.

    I would say chandelier or perhaps a lantern type lamp. Although, I like the chandeliers with the shades around them, I think they are going to look dated soon. I would go with classic in your very classic house.

    I'm agreeing with Melinda on the third one. I love the look of dark metal with the sparkly crystals.

    I adore chandeliers. But in Texas you have to have those fans if you don't want to burn up! Can't wait to see what you get though!
