The Sleeping Porch

The Sleeping Porch off my master bedroom is all ready for when my cousin arrives. It is the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea. I have taken lots of photos to share with all of you. I had so much fun putting it all together. I am sure i will be adding to it before she gets here.

Now i must really start to tackle that guest room. She will be arriving in just 8 days!!!

We are all so excited here at home....my son is so looking forward to seeing her again.

She will be here just in time for his birthday too! Lots to celebrate.

Until then thanks for visiting...Pamela xo

  7. Such a welcoming spot to sit and chat about family news etc., can picture you there together having a cuppa. Everything lovely, but especially love the antique mirror! Hope it will be a fun Birthday celebration for all.

I'm headed to Montreal in about an hour - even hot there. Was 104 here in New Hampshire yesterday, phew! Feel's like I'm still down south!!

  12. What a lovely spot for a cup of tea and a chat. Are there screens or glass or is it just open? It looks open, but I'm not sure how you could sleep with the bugs if there wasn't screening of some kind.

  22. Love this little space Pamela, especially the colour of the chairs.

The lounge you mentioned on my blog is an Ikea Ektorp lounge with white slip cover.
