Hello everyone!

Pamela, that's really pretty! I love the night photo. What a great place to set back, relax and listen to some beautiful music!
ReplyDeletePamela, The slipcover works brilliantly! And I love the book and the plate too! I was in Chapters yesterday and that very same book caught my eye! Angie xo

Such pretty things. Love the pink plate and the transferware one, too. That slip looks like it was made, but you said it is just thrown over the chair. It is so romantic looking. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love when we get little peaks into your home. How wonderful is that plate, I love the little cottage. That book is full of wonderful pictures, I borrowed it once or twice from the library. Clever about the slipcover, I just throw a white chenile bedcover over my husbands lazyboy. I have to wait until it dies before I can kick it out of the house. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteGood morning Pamela..... I just love stopping by here to see all your creativity. I also so love it when a beautiful person makes something out of nothing as you did with your chair. Just lovely.

Pamela, everything looks so pretty! The cheater slip cover is just sweet. That little windowed croner where the chair sits is divine. What a place to have tea and daydream! I am always moving things from one room to another also. That is the fun of decorating.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a good weekend!

Hi! Just found your blog-through Kim @ Saavy Southern Style. It looks like a fun blog and I actually really love your red kitchen~ Don't know if I would be brave enough to do it -but I love it~ lol I am signing up as your newest follower. Diana
ReplyDeleteThe chair looks great and I love the platters too.
ReplyDeleteThe book looks like a nice gift.
I feel the same way about summer going too fast!

Everything looks so lovely Pamela - and making the slipcover was a great idea. I'm getting ready to have slipcovers made for my sofa and two chairs - just had all the yardage washed, dried and ironed at the laundry - my seamstress always suggests this so I can then throw them in the washer and dryer later!
ReplyDeleteThe pink plate is gorgeous, such a lovely gift, all your vignettes are very pretty.
I have this Josephine Ryan book and also her latest one, ESSENTIALLY FRENCH - Homes with Classic French Style. You would love this second one also!
Have a great week Pamela.
Your cover is just perfect..What a lovely cousin you have, the plate is so sweet..xx
ReplyDeleteI think the slip cover is absolutely divine! What a creative idea. Keep it coming Pam.
