The perfect way to end the summer at Qualicum Beach. It was a little chilly for a swim
so we had a family picnic instead. Who doesn't like to sit and watch the waves crash in? My first summer here on Vancouver Island and it was beautiful . I am already anticipating
next summer's journey!
Great shots, Pamela. I due wish I had seen the beach this year, but didn't. Maybe next year.

Hi Pamela, I missed going to the beach, so thanks for the beautiful photo's!!! I'm so excited to be able to leave a comment my computer has been messed up since my last post, not allowing me to make comments or post anything, and it's been sheer torture for me! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it won't mess up again! Blessings~~ Daphne

God morning friend....Oh what memories you brought back to me today. We have spent many a summer boating in just that area.....and it is so truly beautiful......I also remember the big logs......we used to call them deadheads when they would get bogged down with water and you could only see the tops of them floating. Very dangerous for boaters as you can well imagine.
ReplyDeleteHappy fall!!

I like the pictures of the beach the way you took them makes me feel the cold water. I hope you are enjoying the coming of fall.
ReplyDeleteI envy you that sight up close and personal. I had to buy driftwood for my little pond in Dallas.
