Hello Everyone!
Today was a beautiful day here in the Cowichan Valley!! The sun actually came
out today and stayed!!! We reached a high of 18 degrees or if you could
say 66 F!
The tree frogs and Robins have
started to sing at 6am this week!
Please! Do you know how loud
tree frogs are?
That is all we hear from our
bedroom...
Speaking of bedrooms
because it was so beautiful and warm today
I
played around
with my
sleeping porch!
Here's a peek
so far...
Sleeping porch...sound relaxing! Can't wait to see more ;)
ReplyDeletePamela, love the photos, send some of that weather this way. Love your new header. have a good night

Hi Pamela, I have never heard tree frogs sing but I sure can't wait to awaken to robin song. We had a lovely mild day here with lots of sunshine but there is a big snowstorm on the way for tomorrow night into Saturday. I have only seen 1 robin and that was early last week. I think they know when the weather isn't quite right yet don't you? You sleeping porch looks lovely. Have a great weekend. Blessings, Pamela
ReplyDeleteI really like your new header. I can't wait to see the rest of your sleeping porch because I really like what I have seen so far :D
ReplyDeleteI love your new blog header. So pretty. I look forward to tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSo happy that you are having pleasant weather. Looking forward to more photos of your sleeping porch!!!
ReplyDeleteSo Pretty Pamela!! Can't wait to see more! Martina
ReplyDeleteIt was a gorgeous day here in Parksville, too. Lots of spring peepers croaking in the evenings, and yes, they are LOUD.
ReplyDeleteHow fun to play with your sleeping porch already. You must be anticipating a warm summer (we can hope!)
Oh Pamela the header is darling! I miss frogs, we don't get much of them here! The post is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Pamela! I love your new header too! I'm so glad you are enjoying some nice weather. I have the next 3 days off, so I hope to get outside and enjoy your extra warm temps. Can't wait to see what's up next! :-)
ReplyDeleteSend some of that sunshine my way please! I love to hear the term "sleeping porch." Don't hear that often. Yours is beautiful! Can't wait to see the rest.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are seeing some sunshine! I started to feel bad moaning about the heat when my northern friends are longing for it. Lovely pictures! Have a good day. x Sharon
ReplyDeleteSleeping Porch! I can't wait to see more. Love the header with the touches of pink, looks so pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt was lovely yesterday! It would be so nice to have more days like that... your photo looks very nice too!
ReplyDeleteThe frogs are chattering like crazy here in our swamp in Michigan! What a wonderful sound!
ReplyDeleteYour new header looks great! And... your little porch is precious... i love the chandelier with the candles, and the flowers and the table and the mirror, and all of it!

What a great peek into your porch. I will definitely come back to see more!

Hello Pamela - I know what you mean - the birds start singing before the sun comes up - sounds like an aviary! There are lakes, ponds and creeks nearby and the frogs are singing their tunes too! We have a sleeping porch off our bedroom - my husband uses it as his office and our exercise room.
ReplyDeleteThat's o.k. I have the majority of the rest of the house to play with :)

Beautiful sleeping porch, and I'm happy to hear that Spring has arrived at your house! I saw some very chubby robins this week, so it won't be too much longer before Spring arrives in the Colorado high country. :)
ReplyDeleteWishing you a lovely day,
Zuzu
Lucky you!
